We have just completed the implementation of a dedicated industrial washing system. Our solution was delivered to one of the leading representatives of the aviation sector. This industry demands the highest quality standards and continuous quality control.
The delivered spray washer is a custom-engineered device. It fully meets the specific technological needs of the aerospace component treatment process.
Key Technical Solutions and Innovations:
- Precision Channel Cleaning: The device features an additional internal panel rinsing system. Furthermore, we implemented a specialized hose connection and a basket rotation lock. Thanks to this, the washer effectively cleans even hard-to-reach internal channels.
- High Process Temperature: The washing process takes place at a temperature of 90°C. Therefore, we reinforced the thermal insulation of the device and added acoustic dampening. As a result, we ensure higher energy efficiency and greater operator comfort.
- Safety Standards: We implemented extensive safety systems. For instance, double valves protect the machine from overflowing. Additionally, we applied safety light curtains that protect the operator from accessing the working zone. A triple-redundant chamber door locking mechanism completes the system.
- Easier Operation and Calibration: We enriched the system with modern, easily accessible sensors. Consequently, maintenance processes and periodic calibration run much faster.
- Real-Time Parameter Control: The washer features an integrated sampling system. It allows for continuous monitoring of the bath concentration. In effect, the user maintains complete process stability.
