Automotive Vacuum Cleaning Machine Delivered to Porto

We are proud to announce another export success. Our latest vacuum cleaning machine has been delivered to Porto, Portugal. Smaller Castor machines are already operating in the same region. Therefore, this new delivery strengthens our presence in the Portuguese market.

The machine has been designed for demanding cleaning processes in the automotive industry.

Precision Cleaning of Aluminum Components

The machine will operate in an automotive production plant. Its main task is the precision cleaning of long, small-diameter aluminum tubes. These components require exceptionally accurate cleaning. Contaminants must be removed from narrow internal passages where access is difficult.

As a result, the machine provides reliable cleaning performance while meeting strict automotive quality standards.

Key Technical Improvements

Compared with the smaller machines previously delivered to Porto, this model has been upgraded to meet the customer’s production requirements.

The most important improvements include:

• 1.8-meter chamber length – the extended working chamber has been specially designed for long aluminum tubes.
• Distillation capacity increased to 400 L/h – the upgraded distillation system efficiently handles large volumes of oil contamination and supports continuous operation.
• Ultrasonic power increased to 9.6 kW – higher ultrasonic power improves cleaning efficiency, even on difficult-to-clean internal surfaces.

In addition, every modification has been tailored to the customer’s production process. Furthermore, the combination of an extended chamber, higher distillation capacity, and increased ultrasonic power allows the machine to process demanding aluminum components with greater efficiency.
