Castor Unia Gospodarcza Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as “Castor”) respects your privacy and protects it by complying with these principles. The principles of data confidentiality (hereinafter referred to as “principles”) apply to the websites located at castor.com.pl


Personal data provided by the Users is processed in a manner consistent with the scope of the authorization granted by the Users and the requirements of the law, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).

Data storage on Castor Unia Gospodarcza Sp. z o.o. servers

The method of storing data entrusted to Castor on servers: websites, e-mail accounts is consistent with the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR. This data is protected by various types of security.

Data administration

The administrator of data collected via the website https://www.castor.com.pl/ is the company Castor Unia Gospodarcza Sp z o.o. with its registered office in Katowice, 40-801 Katowice, entered into the register of entrepreneurs under the KRS number 196057, NIP: 6340197252, REGON: 008135194, e-mail address: biuro@castor.com.pl – hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”.
The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected by him is processed in accordance with the law; collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subject to further processing incompatible with these purposes; substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form that allows identification of the persons to whom they relate, no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

Purpose of data acquisition

Personal data collected by the Administrator will be processed for the following purposes:
receiving commercial information sent by the Administrator to the provided e-mail address, based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter a of the general regulation on the protection of personal data. This applies in particular to marketing information sent to the User if he/she enters the e-mail in the designated field and agrees by checking the checkbox to receive commercial information. These materials concern only the Administrator’s product offer;
direct marketing – which is related to the legitimate interest of the Administrator (art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR); contacting as part of sending an inquiry via the available forms – for the period necessary to provide an appropriate response, which is related to the legitimate interest of the Administrator in the form of communication with Users (art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR).
The Administrator may process the following personal data of Users: first name and last name; e-mail address; contact telephone number.

Data storage period

The collected personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose, no longer than until the consent is withdrawn or a justified objection is filed

Data recipients

The Administrator may transfer data to suppliers to whom it will commission services related to the processing of personal data, e.g. IT service providers, entities handling mass mailings. Such entities process data on the basis of an agreement with the Administrator and only in accordance with its instructions.
In the event of an inspection, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the User’s data may be made available to controllers.

Transfer of data to third countries

The Administrator does not transfer the collected data outside the European Economic Area.

Data security

Personal data is stored on secured servers. Selected employees and collaborators have access to the data. The place and method of storing the data is to ensure its full security.User rights related to the processing of personal data and making automated decisions:Users have the following rights related to the processing of personal data:

  1. the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data,
  2. the right to access personal data and receive a copy thereof,
  3. the right to request the rectification (correction) of personal data,
  4. the right to request the deletion of personal data,
  5. the right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data,
  6. the right to object to the processing of data due to a special situation that justifies the cessation of the processing covered by the objection,

To exercise the above rights, the User should contact the Administrator – contact details above. In order to ensure that the Administrator is contacted by a person authorized to submit an application, the Administrator may ask for additional information that will allow for effective authentication and identification.

Right to withdraw consent

To the extent that data is processed based on consent, this consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Consent may be withdrawn by sending a statement of withdrawal of consent to the correspondence address or to our e-mail address
Right to lodge a complaint with the authority
The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Cookies

The Administrator’s website uses the “cookies” technique. A cookie (also called a “cookie”) is a small file saved by the server on the computer, tablet or smartphone and in the User’s browser. A cookie usually contains the name of the website from which it comes, the “lifespan” of the cookie (i.e. its duration), and a randomly generated unique number used to identify the browser from which the connection to the website is made.
