Manual ultrasonic cleaners

Surface preparation using the ultrasonic cleaning technology.

Ultrasonic cleaning is a non-invasive method that does not cause damage to complex devices.
Ultrasonic cleaners remove contaminants from hard-to-reach places of cleaned parts, e.g. recesses, crevices, blind holes.

High-powered waterbased ultrasonic cleaners, such as the ULT 600.1-CAST series, are dedicated mainly for the automotive industry.
Ultrasonic cleaners use the phenomenon of cavitation – the formation of steam bubbles, which then rapidly implode on the surface of the washed details. This process disconnects all types of dirt from the surfaces, such as oils, greases, deposits, etc. The ultrasonic cleaning process allows for reaching even the most inaccessible details and achieving high purity of the washed components.
