ULT type ultrasonic cleaners are compact immersion cleaning devices. The main task of industrial washers is to remove dirt accumulated on the surface of the washed details. In this case, the device consists of a main washing tub, two rinsing tubs and a hot air drying chamber. The device can be equipped with any number of washing/rinsing tubs adapted for the optimal process performance. A semi-automatic washer is characterized by the fact that the process itself in a given tub proceeds automatically maintaining the all of the assumed parameters, but the reloading of the technological basket between tubs requires the help of the operator.

The ultrasonic cleaner equipped with a main washing tub, rinsing tub, rinsing tub with demineralized water and than drying with hot air. The loading basket is transported automatically between the bathtubs without the operators involvement, and all of the washing/rinsing parameters are maintainded by the devices control unit. The device allows for recycling of the bath water into pure demi water through thanks to the integrated vacuum distiller. The main con in a water based washer is the consant need to replace the washing bath after it becomes dirty bacause of the constant introduction of contaminations. When integrating the device with a vacuum distilation device we can reuse the “dirty” water converting it into pure water with the paramaters of DEMI water, which in term can be used in the rinsing phase of the process. All of this in at a brekthrough energy efficiency level.
